These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "You") and rr9999 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the rr9999 online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets or wagers, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

Your use of the rr9999 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Where material changes are made that substantively affect Users' rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. However, failure to receive such notification does not invalidate the updated Terms.
STRICTLY 21+ ONLY: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, access the Platform, or participate in any gaming activity offered by rr9999. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. rr9999 employs rigorous age verification procedures and reserves the right to request identification documents at any time. Any User found to be underage will have their Account immediately terminated, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
The Service is intended exclusively for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of Account creation and at all times when accessing the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.
You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from forming a binding contract. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The following persons are prohibited from using the Service:
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name (as appearing on your Indonesian KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred username and password.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with rr9999. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect that you have opened or attempted to open more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets and transactions, and confiscate all balances. Deliberate attempts to circumvent this restriction may result in permanent banishment from the Platform and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify rr9999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. rr9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
Before processing any withdrawal, rr9999 requires all Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to upload clear, legible copies of the following documents:
KYC verification typically takes 1-3 hours during business hours (WIB). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being declined. rr9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership.
rr9999 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name as verified through KYC. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation of payment receipt. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet payments. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. rr9999 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during standard business hours (8 AM - 10 PM WIB). Off-peak withdrawal requests may take up to 6 hours. Gold tier VIP members enjoy priority processing with typical completion times under 15 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are: Rp 25,000,000 per day for standard members; Rp 50,000,000 per day for Silver tier members; and Rp 100,000,000 per day for Gold tier members.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified through KYC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly forbidden. If you have active bonus funds, you must meet all applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal requests will be honored. rr9999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of additional security checks, verification procedures, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
All transactions on the rr9999 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals made in other currencies will be automatically converted at prevailing exchange rates, and your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
rr9999 may, at its sole discretion, offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, expiry dates, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are clearly stated in each promotional offer and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus"). Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports betting contribution varies based on odds. Detailed wagering contribution rates are displayed in each bonus offer's terms.
Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Users, placing opposing bets, exploiting software errors, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. rr9999 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse. If we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, cancel all related winnings, and terminate your Account without refund.
In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotional offer, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer only.
All bets are subject to acceptance by rr9999. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including bets that exceed position limits, appear suspicious, or are placed in error. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it becomes binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
All betting markets are settled based on official results provided by the relevant sporting body, league, or game provider. In cases of disputed results, postponed events, or voided matches, rr9999's settlement decisions are final and binding. Detailed settlement rules for each sport and game type are available in the respective game rules sections of the Platform.
In the event of technical malfunctions, software errors, display inaccuracies, or system failures that affect game outcomes or bet settlement, rr9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account balances to their pre-error state. Users will be notified of any such corrections. rr9999 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and potential legal action.
While rr9999 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason, with or without notice.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, rr9999 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL rr9999, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF rr9999 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
rr9999 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, Internet service provider failures, power outages, or equipment failures.
rr9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without cause and with or without notice, at any time. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; bonus abuse; provision of false information; failure to complete KYC verification; suspicious betting patterns; or any conduct that rr9999 deems detrimental to the Platform or other Users.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. Any outstanding bets will be settled according to their terms, and your remaining Account balance (excluding any forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of all required security checks and deduction of any amounts owed to rr9999.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw your entire balance or agree to forfeit any remaining funds. Accounts with pending bets or active bonus funds cannot be closed until all obligations are settled.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which rr9999 holds its operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where local Indonesian laws impose additional consumer protections or restrictions, such laws shall apply to the extent required.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting rr9999 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body, with the arbitration to be conducted in English.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
